At Origami Owl, we want you to love your jewelry; if you are not completely satisfied, you may return your items within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all items are in their original packaging and include all charms, lockets, and chains.

Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided at the end of the return request process and secure it to your package.

  Package Your Jewelry

  Place your items back in their original Origami Owl gift boxes and use a padded mailer to protect the delicate crystals and finishes during transit.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to your local mail carrier or drop it off at any authorized shipping location, then wait 5-7 business days for your refund to process.
